Spectronics introduces its new and economical LED violet light flashlight for leak detection. This is the Optimax 400 (P/N OPX -400CS), which emits less visible light than conventional inspection lamps, to make refrigerant leaks easier to detect.
The Optimax 400 has a high light power that causes greater brightness and contrast in fluorescence dyes. The flashlight's pre-focused beam optimizes the fluorescent response without any adjustment and works with all universal POE dyes.
It is compact and lightweight, to enter narrow areas. Its inspection range is 25 feet (7.6 m) or more. It is also robust and corrosion resistant, the lamp body is anodized aluminum for long life. Powered by standard triple-A batteries, each unit has a lifespan of 100,000 LED hours.
It comes with a lace, a case and fluorescence enhancement glasses, all in one package.
