Mexico. Mirage announced a strategic alliance with the Plantel Conalep Sonora Navojoa to strengthen the training of new technicians in the sector.
As part of this agreement, the company donated state-of-the-art equipment, allowing students of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning specialty to carry out practices with updated tools aligned with current industry standards.
In addition to the delivery of equipment, the initiative included a technical conference given by specialists Arturo Delgadillo and Cristina Ruiz, who addressed key issues on the operation, installation and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Through this training, the trainees had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of Mirage equipment and industry best practices.
During the signing of the agreement, Niria Andrade, Director of Conalep Sonora Liaison, and Karla María Vázquez Bórquez, director of the Conalep Navojoa Campus, highlighted the importance of this type of collaboration between the industry and educational institutions, pointing out that practical training with real equipment is key to the preparation of future technicians.
For his part, Mirage reaffirmed his commitment to technical education and the professionalization of the HVAC sector, highlighting that constant training is essential to raise the quality of service and promote the professional development of technicians.
