Chile. Copeland, a global provider of sustainable climate solutions, will participate in the Global Cherry Summit 2025, which will be held on April 22 at the Monticello Conference Center, in San Francisco de Mostazal, Chile.
During the event, the company will highlight its portfolio of Cargo solutions, focused on the control, monitoring, tracking and security of refrigerated cargo, in line with its commitment to sustainability and logistics efficiency.
The company will showcase technologies designed to protect products throughout the entire cold chain, a key aspect considering that more than a third of the world's food is lost or wasted during manufacturing, transportation and distribution.
In its participation in the Global Cherry Summit, Copeland will showcase its main tools for real-time traceability and visibility, including:
- Real-time GO trackers
- Transit Monitoring Solutions
- Temperature and humidity management
- Data loggers
- Security visibility and alert services for theft or loss prevention
"Cherry Summit is the main meeting point for professionals and companies in the cherry sector, as well as the fresh fruit export industry in general. The event seeks to bring together all the actors involved in this complex supply chain, promoting the exchange of knowledge, the generation of new opportunities and the adoption of technologies and solutions to face the logistics and commercial challenges of the sector," said Matías Barros Ortúzar, Sales Engineer Business Development at Copeland.
The sustained growth in international demand, especially in markets such as China, poses new challenges for cherry exports. In this context, Copeland seeks to accompany the sector with solutions that not only improve the safety and traceability of shipments, but also promote the energy transition, the reduction of environmental impact and the decarbonization of the cold chain.
