Emergent Cold LatAm appoints its new Director for Mexico

Mexico. He is Juan Pablo Benítez, an Argentine executive with a background in accounting and business, who has already held leadership positions in countries such as Colombia, United States and Guatemala.

"Juan Pablo Benitez is our new Managing Director in Mexico, in charge of leading the expansion plan in the country together with a talented team. With a track record of leadership and an innovative vision, the executive has built a solid career in multinationals across various sectors," said Emergent Cold LatAm when making the appointment official.

Likewise, the company highlighted the achievements of its new manager during the last five years, at the head of food logistics operations in different Latin American countries.

Positive balance
Emergent Cold LatAm's operation in Mexico began in September 2022 with the acquisition of Bajo Cero, following which the company acquired supplier Qualianz in February 2023.

Now, the company is committed to the expansion of strategic warehouses and the construction of new plants to meet a growing demand in the country. In this regard, construction has been announced in Monterrey and two expansions in Apodaca and Villagrán.
