Puerto Rico. In an exciting night full of expectations, the Costa Rican company Clima Ideal was awarded the award for the Best HVAC/R Installation in the region.
Visibly satisfied, the manager of Engineering and Projects of Clima Ideal, William Celin Sánchez Chacón, expressed: "We had a lot of expectations, it was really a pleasure. We are extremely happy to have participated and been part of this event."
The prestigious CALA Award is given annually in recognition of companies that contribute to the advancement of the industry, maintaining a continuous commitment to excellence and innovation in their projects.
How was the selection process?
A panel of judges, composed of HVAC/R experts, rigorously evaluated the submitted entries and recognized the work of four finalists, namely: MultiFRIO (Costa Rica), Dismec S.A.S. (Colombia), Flutec (Mexico) and Clima Ideal (Costa Rica).
Finally, after an open vote, the award was presented to Clima Ideal in recognition of its cutting-edge engineering, efficient use of resources and focus on sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions.
After the verdict was announced, Max Jaramillo, director of Latin Press, creator of the CALA AWARDS brand, said: "We want to thank and congratulate the company Clima Ideal de Costa Rica and its engineering manager, William Celin Sánchez, for carrying out this project. Our goal is to recognize the great works and projects of Latin America."
In turn, the academic director of Refriaméricas, Duván Chaverra, congratulated the winning company, referring to the qualities of its proposal: "It is a very interesting project that had many logistical and installation challenges in post pandemic when there were problems with the supply chain. However, they were able to pull off an excellent result."
