Colombia. The Colombian Council of Sustainable Construction (Cccs) will hold on December 1 the Technical Conference: "Financial Management for Sustainable Buildings in compliance with the Guide to saving water and energy (Res. 549/15)".
The meeting will be held at the Brigard & Urrutia Auditorium. (Calle 70A # 4 – 41) of the city of Bogotá, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 m. It is aimed at developers, consultants and builders of new construction projects.
The objectives of the Cccs with this event are to provide tools for the financial management of sustainable projects in compliance with the Guide for saving water and energy for new buildings (Res.549/15), analyze the conceptual and regulatory challenges of the Guide and its perspectives and highlight the importance of the integrative process for the consolidation of the goals of the project and its life cycle.
The talks will be as follows:
- Green growth and the Guide to Saving water and energy: advances and conceptual and regulatory challenges. Cristina Gamboa, Executive Director of the CCCS
- Integrative process and the ABC of the Guide to Water and Energy Saving (Res. 549/15). Eng. Carolina Camacho, Technical Coordinator of the CCCS.
- Financial management of projects to achieve sustainable solutions of zero or low cost. Eng. Miguel Orejuela, Director of Education of the CCCS.
