Latin America. Oventrop, a manufacturer of valves, controls and systems for the building services industry, is looking for an experienced HVAC Regional Sales Manager for the Chile, Uruguay and Argentina area.
Work proposal:
- Revenue generation
- Increased market share
- Strengthening Oventrop's brand and local footprint
- Dealing with existing customers and developing new customer relationships
- Provide technical information
Tasks of the position:
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers; request new customers; build good relationships, providing technical explanations and preparing budgets
- Consultation of contractors, builders, distributors and users on the effective use of Oventrop products as well as providing help to solve specific customer problems with the aim of selling Oventrop products
- Processing and constant monitoring of projects until the installation of Oventrop products
- Conducting seminars and technical training with the aim of selling Oventrop products and services during fairs
- Assistance in the development of market strategies and in the observation of competitors
- Assistance during the treatment of possible claims
- Intensive trips
- Attend customer visits and sales meetings in Olsberg (Germany)
Key qualifications:
- HVAC engineering (or HVAC-related field) or sales person with a technical background
- Proven sales record and existing network of contacts within the HVAC industry
- Hunter of new businesses with goal-oriented performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Independent and highly motivated problem solver
- Communication skills in English (written and spoken)
The Regional Sales Manager will report directly to the Export Department in Germany.
