Frascold
The ATS series of compressors corresponds to The latest development of Frascold, specially designed to meet the refrigeration demand of semi-industrial projects, both in medium and low temperature.
The Frascold ATS series includes 8 models of compressors that allow to cover a wide range of powers, either in single-compressor groups or in combination in plants with two or three compressors.
The 8 models are classified according to the volumetric displacement at 2,900 rpm. Depending on the working regime there are two configurations to ensure maximum efficiency: the applicable ATSH models for low compression ratios (medium and high evaporation temperature) and the atsL models applicable for high compression ratios (low evaporation temperature).
The compressors are open positive displacement for ammonia and do not require an oil pump since the lubrication of the compressor is achieved through differential pressure between suction and discharge.
