Isolux-Corsán and Inelsa have completed in Italy the construction of the largest photovoltaic plant in Europe, an installation of 72 megawatts (MW) of power promoted by Sun Edison and which has involved an investment of 274 million euros.
The facility has been built in the Veneto region, in the northeast of the country, on an area of 100 hectares, according to Inelsa, a company of the Hedomin group dedicated to carrying out comprehensive projects of renewable energy facilities.
The execution of this facility employed about sixty employees over a period of four months. Isolux Corsán, the firm in charge of its construction, considers that it would have been an "inconceivable job without the effort" of these workers. (EUROPA PRESS)
