Mexico. With an investment of 15 million dollars and the creation of 300 direct jobs, the new plant of Güntner will be dedicated to the manufacture of cooling systems.
Güntner Mexico, a subsidiary of the German multinational founded in 1931, began operations in Mexico in 2002. Currently, it has five plants in the state of Nuevo León in addition to a global presence with facilities in Europe, Asia and America.
During the ceremony, Emmanuel Loo, head of office of the Ministry of Economy, highlighted: "It fills us with pride that global companies like Güntner continue to bet on Nuevo León. We have the human capital, infrastructure and a strategic location that make our state the ideal place for business growth."
