The company further noted that these updates pave the way for additional AI enhancements in 2025, focused on globally accepted performance standards, optimized equipment performance for cost savings, and better regulatory compliance.
Expanded AI capabilities take data insights to the next level and build on the measurable impact customers are already seeing when using OpenBlue. With OpenBlue Enterprise Manager guiding facility improvements, along with proactive equipment upgrades and services, customers benefit from up to a 30% reduction in energy spend, up to a 20% reduction in maintenance spend, and a 10% increase in optimized space utilization, an advantage for the environment and the bottom line.

New President of Building Solutions for EMEALA
Richard Lek was recently appointed as Vice President and President of Building Solutions Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America (EMEALA). In this role, Lek will be a member of the Executive Committee and lead go-to-market strategy at EMEALA, succeeding Marc Vandiepenbeeck, who continues to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Johnson Controls.
