Last year's award-winning project, entitled "Supply Center Alajuela, Bayer Medical", stood out for its innovative infrastructure developed on a 120,000 m2 site, which included the construction of a pharmaceutical manufacturing warehouse for the Bayer company. This significant initiative represented an investment of approximately $200 million.
