Costa Rica. Participants described the City Multi Fundamentals of Installation and Services course as a unique experience where experiential practice and theory were united.
The training took place March 14-16 at the Mitsubishi Training Center located in Climate Comfort headquarters in Costa Rica.
For three days, the participants received technical information under a didactic scheme, in Spanish and totally immersive, in which they were able to practice with
teams directly, as if they were in the field, and under the supervision of trainers from Mitsubishi Electric Latin America.
The "City Multi Essential Class" technical course provides hands-on experience in creating systems using the
Diamond System Builder design, allowing participants to experience the correct way to intervene equipment, diagnose it and correct faults for both air conditioning and heating systems.
According to Fernando Cruz, from the Honduran company COCESNA, "this course has provided us with high-level tools that allow us to strengthen our knowledge and experience. Especially today, when teams demand greater preparation and knowledge to solve failures that were not known before."
Each of the participants in this course was accredited by Mitsubishi Electric to apply the 10-year extended warranty process on parts and compressor. In addition, the organizers are confident that, with this training, possible warranty claims will be reduced.
The next edition of the course for Latin America will be announced well in advance.
