Froztec develops cooling solution for Mexican food company

Mexico. The new pre-cold and preservation system was installed in an AgroExport avocado and guacamole production plant, which is located in Michoacán.

AgroExport is considered one of the five largest avocado and guacamole producing companies in the country and Froztec has been responsible for the design and installation of industrial refrigeration equipment at different stages of its commercial expansion.

The food company reported that its Michoacán plant has a production capacity of 1,800 kilograms of product per hour, as well as a daily export capacity of 500 tons. There, Froztec installed the following equipment and systems:

• IEC 4,061 MBTU Evaporative Condenser - SGS Refrigeration.
• IEC 3,348 MTBU Evaporative Condenser - SGS Refrigeration.
• MS High Profile Evaporators - Krack.
• SM High Profile Evaporators - Krack.
• Storage chamber with a capacity of 288 pallets.
• PUR cooling panel.
• R448A Semi-Hermetic Compressor Rack - Hussmann.
• Control CPC E3E - Emerson.
