Peru. Eng. Miguel Castro is the new country manager for Peru of Trane Technologies, the company specialized in air conditioning solutions.
Miguel has extensive experience in the industry, and comes from being the commercial director for HVAC & Refrigeration of Rheem Peru, a position he held during the last year. Previously, the engineer had an extensive stint at Daikin where he served as general manager initially for Peru, later including Ecuador and then for the South region.
"A new journey has begun. Excited to join Trane Technologies in the position of General Manager. It is an honor and privilege to be part of this team. Excited about what we are going to achieve! Let's move forward boldly!" said Miguel.
The engineer describes himself as a professional with "more than 25 years of experience in operations management and business management implementing commercial strategies that ensure brand positioning, sales growth and operations leadership working for leading multinationals in their category."
