Latin America. Armstrong Fluid Technology announced that Joao Paulo Violante has been appointed as the new Sales Director for Latin America.
In his new role, Violante assumes leadership of the Sales teams in Brazil and Latin America and will report to Mike Fischer, commercial director and country leader for the United States and Latin America.
Violante joined Armstrong in 2020 after an extensive career managing sales and business development in Latin America. By splitting its time between Sao Paulo, Brazil and Fort Lauderdale, Florida, it will continue to build sales resources in Latin America with a view to reaching and serving customers throughout the region.
Joao rates himself as an experienced executive with a proven track record of outstanding results. With extensive experience in HVAC, Controls, Fire safety and industrial refrigeration. Significant experience in profit and loss management, sales and operations, post-acquisition/merger integration and organizational restructuring.
