Chile. "For a Sustainable Future" is the central theme of the XV edition of the Ibero-American Congress of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration – CIAR, which will be held from May 8 to 10, 2019, at the Sheraton Santiago Hotel & Convention Center in Santiago.
"It is in 1997 that Chile organizes the CIAR for the first time. Today after 20 years, we will welcome you back to our country. Today we want to invite you to be part of this international congress in our country, with new energies and with a work team led by Heinrich Stauffer", says a section of the event.
The activities of the CIAR will begin one day before (May 7) with the traditional Goal Tournament. Later, the 8th begins with the traditional meeting of the FAIAR in the Chilean Chamber of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (CchRyC). The conferences begin this same day and continue on May 9 and 10 from 09:00 hours.
The first CIAR was born in 1991, in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, organized with great success by ACAIRE. "We invite you to be part of the next CIAR Chile 2019, especially for your very high Technical-Scientific level that we offer. Worth attending. We look forward to it," said Heinrich Stauffer, President of the CIAR Chile 2019 Organizing Committee.
