Lennox inaugurated its new Training Center for VRF systems in Peru

Peru. Lennox opened a new Training Center for VRF systems, with the purpose that HVAC engineers and technicians can specialize in systems of this type, at no additional cost, where they will learn to install, operate and perform the appropriate preventive and corrective maintenance of the brand's equipment.

In this new Training Center, created by Corporacion Uezu S.A.C. and with the support of Lennox, technicians and engineers who register will receive training in theoretical and practical sessions with installed equipment, where they also have other equipment and accessories for their learning.

For the opening of the Center were present representatives of Lennox, Tad Sodergren, John Homez, and Manuel Uezu, General Manager of the Uezu Corporation, the only authorized distributor of the brand in Peru.

Manuel Uezu explains that the Center will also train technicians and engineers from other specialties in air conditioning and ventilation who are interested in learning the specialty in VRF systems or complement their knowledge with the HVAC. "The goal is for them to specialize in the installation and operation of Lennox VRF systems. We have condensing units and evaporators VRF Heat Pump Standard and Mini VRF, including centralized controls" says Uezu, who adds that there is a commitment to Lennox that "in the future it will be complemented with residential and commercial unit equipment of the brand".

VrF training sessions will be held biweekly with groups of up to 12 people and minimum 6 enrolled, who will go through a pre-assessment to determine if they meet the basic knowledge in HVAC required to start the course. For those who do not have this knowledge, basic courses in HVAC system design will also be held.

All trainings in the Training Center will be free, because the objective of Lennox is to bring knowledge to its allies at no cost, something that goes hand in hand with the business philosophy of the Uezu Corporation, "which is to share knowledge with customers since we owe it to them, it is the way to repay their trust", says Manuel Uezu, who adds that the investment in this Center "breaks all the standards of other manufacturers and shows that Lennox thinks about technicians and engineers, in what everyone should invest, which is in education."
