International. A series of interesting recommendations made by the equipment manufacturer Samsung for the correct installation of an air conditioning system. Certain factors that may affect the well-being of the users of the building must be taken into account:
1. It is required to define the system plan; verify that the project plan matches the area to be installed by the air conditioning system.
2. Use resistant and top quality materials; for the installation of the copper pipe autogenous welding must be performed while passing nitrogen flow internally in the pipe to prevent oxidation of copper.
3. Check that the evaporator units placed in each area are properly leveled and that they have a well-designed drain to handle the amount of condensate water that will pass through it.
4. Electrical protections should be established for [outdoor] condensing units.
5. Make sure that the breaker to be used is adequate and well sized for the units, as well as the dimension of the cables to be used for the electrical connection.
6. Split air conditioning systems can be used in any residential building (house or apartment) even small offices, in spaces (rooms) that do not exceed 48m2 and that have at least 1 fixed concrete wall to the outside where you can fix the internal unit, pass the pipes and place the outdoor unit (it is not recommended to install on windows or ceilings).
7. For Split air conditioner units, it is recommended to do maintenance every 4 to 6 months, depending on the frequency of use. In that sense, it is also recommended to the user to carry out maintenance with authorized workshops, experts in the management of these systems.
