International. Carrier announced that it is introducing a number of digital solutions that will improve the engagement and remote management of commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Customers with Carrier Smart Service will now have visibility into their system performance and energy usage through a new dashboard and mobile apps. In addition, they will have access to an online community portal to help them manage service and maintenance activity on their HVAC assets.
With increased connectivity and system acumen, building owners and facility managers can be more proactive about increasing the performance, efficiency, and uptime of their systems.
Leveraging the rapid expansion of Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities and cloud-based applications and data management, Carrier has designed these tools to enable customer engagement, mobile-first, customer demand.
