Bacharach, Inc., a manufacturer of refrigerant gas leak detectors and monitoring instruments, and combustion and emission analyzers, announced the completion of the acquisition of Parasense, Inc., a manufacturer and developer of refrigeration detection and monitoring equipment for the retail and military segments of the refrigeration and air conditioning markets.

Located in Quedgeley, England, Parasense's manufacturing and design operations are under the direction of Dan Radford, Managing Director and include sales and support resources for its European and export customers. In North America, Parasense supports its market position with distribution, assembly, service, sales and training at its Stanardsville, Virginia, plant under the direction of Michelle Collier, Chief Operating Officer. Michelle and Dan's combined leadership, along with their staff, brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the Bacharach team.
