It is the first of its kind in Peru and South America, by Samsung Electronics and has state-of-the-art equipment and state-of-the-art technology. It also aims to make the existing infrastructure available to public and/or private entities that complement the theoretical training of their students in these physical facilities.

The Modular Chiller Training Center has two modular chiller units of 10 tons of refrigeration each and with fan coil terminal units of the decorative type, it is also integrated in its operation with the other equipment: VRF, Residential and Commercial of the first stage of the Training Center, this integration is achieved through the Samsung b.IoT Lite System, which is a modern monitoring and control system for HVAC equipment, which is the latest technological development that Samsung introduced on the market and that is integrated with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) provided by Samsung equipment.
