The professional will offer the talks "Measurement and verification in highly efficient constructions" and "Computational modeling in highly efficient constructions", two topics focused on the area of energy efficiency and highly self-sustaining constructions.
The main skills of José L. Correa focus on knowledge about sustainable construction design, using criteria of energy efficiency and comfort. Computational simulation of the flow of energy in constructions. Computer modeling of solar impact, natural and/or artificial lighting. Analysis of airflow and comfort, through fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation.
José Correa is a mechanical engineer, bilingual, and has a master's degree (Msc) in 'Environmental Construction: Engineering and Sustainable Environmental Design', achieved in London-England.
He has also participated as speakers in several talks in the national territory and has work experience in recognized companies in the sector.
