Colombia. The Mexico Chapter of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) assured its participation in support of the third edition of TecnoEdificios 2012, the congress and commercial exhibition on technologies for the operation of buildings that will take place in Medellín on November 8 and 9.
In addition to the support of the entity, the congress confirmed as a lecturer the engineer Salvador Gómez, vice president of the Mexico Chapter of the NFPA, president of the Advisory Council of the Latin American Security Association (ALAS) in that country and vice president of the SEFI at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
Salvador Gómez will present the talk "Fundamental aspects of electronic security: a perspective of NFPA Standards 730 and 731", included within the security and control panel and that will talk about everything that must be taken into account to have compliance with the security requirements within a property.
Gómez has 28 years of experience in project management, electronic security systems and fire detection and protection systems and electrical installations.
