In the process of updating its product portfolio to new trends in HVAC applications, the LU gate actuator series is being replaced by CM gate actuators.
The CM series features devices with a torque of 18 in-lb (2 Nm), with a runtime of 140 seconds over 360 degrees, with adjustable rotation from 0 to 287.5 degrees. Also, the mechanical coupler can be adjusted with a round shaft from 1/4" to 1/2".
These actuators are part of Belimo's catalogue of independent airflow measurement and control actuators, with digital communications for rotary, linear and inductive applications. The actuator communicates directly with the building automation system (BAS) via BACnet, Modbus or MP-Bus. Some models offer Near Field Communication (NFC) for fast programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
