Kingspan
PalDuct PIR is a pre-insulated rectangular duct air conditioning system ranging from Kingspan PalDuct PIR panels, coupling systems and a line of accessories to assemble ducts in sections up to four meters in length.
There are two PalDuct PIR panels available, 20P80 and 30P200, which can be used in system assembly. Those ducts manufactured from 20P80 panels can be used in installations with temperatures ranging from -25 °C to +80 °C.
This system is suitable for both new construction and renovation projects in the residential, commercial, public, industrial and leisure sectors, and due to its fiber-free core allows its application in specialized facilities such as food, beverage and pharmaceutical, clean air and controlled environments such as hospitals and server rooms.
The panels feature a rigid, high-performance, fiber-free, thermosetting polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulating core, covered on both sides with aluminum sheets. The aluminum foil is lacquered with a corrosion-resistant polymer varnish.
