PIR-ALU panels are specially designed for the manufacture of ducts for air distribution and ventilation systems and for air conditioning equipment, made of rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam coated on both sides with lacquered embossed aluminum.
The aluminum finish acts as a vapor barrier due to its thickness (>50 μm) and together with the insulating properties of the foam allows these panels to maintain the humidity, purity and temperature of the air transported.
Its characteristics include its rigidity and lightness, ease of handling and assembly and versatility for any application, influencing the economic benefit of the installation.
This product also includes its own profiling system for easy assembly, as well as a complete family of accessories for cutting and machining.
