Spectronics Corporation has introduced Spectrolin Cool Seal, a leak sealer that represents the simplest, fastest and most permanent way to seal refrigerant leaks in compressors, condensers, evaporators, O-rings and hoses.
The Cool Seal seals leaks as large as 0.020 inches (0.5 mm) and can remain safely in the system to protect against future leaks. It is an economical alternative to expensive or old AC&R system parts.
It has the ASHARE 97 standard for chemical stability. It is non-polymer, its oil-soluble formula is safe for all components of the systems, it works with all systems including the high pressure R-410ª.
It is flammable, with no storage-related safety issues, no need for pumping down and allows technicians to see the injected contents.
It is available in two delivery types, either with the CS-100CS Cool Seal EZ-Ject kit, or with the CS-2CS Cool Seal BigEZ.
