The HBTR-451 is a damper designed by Greenheck for insulation applications. Dubble-Tight means that the steel gate has the lowest percentage of air leakage possible: 0%.
The HBTR-451 model is characterized by its high-caliber construction blade, with silicone gasket or seal throughout the round contour. The blade is installed from the factory with a polished and sealed arrow or shaft to ensure its thermal insulation from zero leaks up to 30 inches (7,450 Pa) of differential pressure.
This model is recommended in applications for both interrupt positions (open and closed). The gates are available in 6 inches (152mm) in diameter and 48 inches (1,219) in diameter.
Other technical characteristics are its maximum pressure of 30 inches (7.45Pa), maximum speed of 6,500 ppm and minimum temperatures of -40 °C and maximum of 121 °C.
