Mayekawa introduces the J series of screw compressor units for refrigeration. With its innovative new rotor profile, this award-winning design delivers energy efficiency, extremely low noise and vibration levels and a design pressure of 3.5 MPa for a wide range of applications.
It also has API grade hydrodynamic radial bearings for reliable and efficient operation. It has flanched motor for easy alignment and infinitesimal capacity control with sliding valve (25-100%).
The J Series design is the most efficient of the screw compressors. This is evident when operating in a single stage and economized conditions, or even compared to a conventional two-stage arrangement. The engineering of the J profile allows for greater gearing between lobes, which are now 5 and 6 for male and female respectively. The end result is superior performance.
