Camfil
The Camfil Stinger insulation valve is a device for environments where air circulates with combustible dust that complies with the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) regulations for protection against deflagrations in ventilation systems.
This valve is activated by the airflow and prevents smoke, dust and ignited debris generated by an explosion from traveling through the dust collector inlet duct into a workspace, rigorously tested to meet NFPA and EN 1779 standards.
Among its features is the lightweight sheet of composite materials that saves energy and is able to react faster than heavy sheets in steel, in case of an explosion. They are easy to replace and are coated with an abrasion-resistant rubber to protect against wear.
