The architecture firm UNStudio based in Amsterdam and the DP Architects based in Singapore, have been selected to develop the campus of the University of Design and Technology (STUD) in Singapore that will have an area of 213,000 square meters, for the dissent many issues have been studied, such as the orientation of the building according to the sun and the wind, natural ventilation and daylight took into account the climatic conditions of the area, the hydrography and the ecosystems of the environment.
The main objective of the SUTD was the creation of a campus that promotes teaching and learning in an open, transparent and green way, as well as connecting people to create new ideas and innovations.
In addition, the campus aims to reduce energy consumption and achieve the highest possible green rating in Singapore, an excellent base for all new generations with a green spirit.
