In this second edition, and based on the regulatory framework established by the European Union and its Member States, Spain, the Autonomous Communities and their municipalities, the Conference will analyze whether it is being the appropriate channel to promote the incorporation of renewable energies and energy efficiency in cities and for the change of habits.

The inauguration will take place at 10.00 a.m. The coordinator of the white paper on sustainability and Deputy Director General of Urbanism, Ángela de la Cruz Mera, and the technician of the Spanish Network of Cities for climate, Eduardo Peña González, are expected to participate in the conference.
