Reliable Controls Releases RC-Toolkit 3.5 with Interoperability Enhancements

International. Reliable Controls announced the release of RC-Toolkit 3.5, the latest version of its integration and configuration software, designed to optimize device management in building automation systems.

This update incorporates improved features, greater compatibility with protocols and new tools that facilitate the work of the company's Authorized Distributors.

RC-Toolkit version 3.5 expands its capabilities by enabling the discovery, configuration, updating, and diagnostics of RC-FLEXone® controllers, as well as providing support for enabling and disabling the Rapid Tree Spanning Protocol on Ethernet models of RC-FLEX controllers. Connectivity with USB Direct Connect was also improved, support for Internet Data Services data, used in the calculation of air quality indexes, was incorporated, and the Gmail root certificate was updated for more secure communication.

One of the most notable new features is the addition of 250 new Modbus device profiles, significantly expanding the options for integration with other systems. In addition, the new Panel File Utility function allows the remapping of defined inputs and outputs, making it easier to configure and optimize controllers in different applications.
