Mexico. During the launch of the new CAC linear, the head of the Air Conditioning Division, Javier Moreno, reaffirmed Samsung Mexico's commitment to the development of technologies that benefit the end user and the environment.
The benefits of the R32 refrigerant are, among others, lower global warming potential (GWP), less damage to the ozone layer (ODP), greater efficiency and lower refrigerant charge, making the components more compact. The CAC line has universal condensers from 18k to 60k [Btu/hr] that can be connected to up to 5 different evaporators. The one- and four-way cassettes, as well as the 360°, feature the flagship WindFree technology.
About the new launch, Alfredo Arredondo from Resurtidora de Aire y Calefacción shares: “I believe that the transition to R32 is an excellent solution to help counteract climate change, due to its lower atmospheric warming potential, being more respectful of the environment and without damaging the ozone layer. I am pleased that Samsung is adopting this technology in its products.”
In turn, Jorge Díaz from Climaproyectos stated: “The global trend is to change to more sustainable refrigerants, Samsung is ahead of local regulations with this new line, better and more environmentally friendly, showing great commitment to sustainability."
In addition, Samsung Mexico showed in interactive exhibitions the application and use of its solutions in different verticals so that customers and distributors could learn how its solutions coexist in these environments.
At the end, the easy installation, control and great coverage of the equipment was also highlighted; integrating Wifi in them. The manufacturer also highlighted that the solutions are compatible with SmartThings. Through SmartThings and from anywhere, you can monitor and control the current temperature, modes, air speed, as well as energy consumption.
