Panama. According to the company Samsung Electronics, the new solutions stand out for their high performance and low environmental impact by having a change from R410A refrigerant to R32, also offering new connectivity tools.
ACR Latin America attended as a guest media the official launch ceremony of the new range of Commercial Air Conditioners (CAC) R32, which took place in Panama City, where representatives of more than twenty Samsung brand distribution companies in different Latin American countries arrived.
"Today we want to show you how much effort Samsung is putting into the air conditioning business. R32 refrigerant allows us to reduce the CO2 effect in our products by up to 71%. We are also preparing products that will not require refrigerant in the future. In addition, our Windfree technology allows you to enjoy an environment of comfort while reducing consumption by at least 50%," said Zezinho Lee, president of Samsung Latin America.
Another of the innovations highlighted by the company with respect to the CAC R32 line was the SmartThings connectivity integrated into the equipment, which allows users to control operation and aspects such as energy consumption remotely.
"They are equipment that help make a smart connection easier. When we talk about smart 
connection, we mean that your equipment can be easily monitored and managed from a cell phone or tablet," said Arsenio Ramos, regional director of B2B Integrated Offering and Mobile B2B and Solutions at Samsung Electronics.
1-way cassette
It offers even air distribution and quiet operation, ideal for small and medium-sized spaces. Its compact design makes it the right solution for businesses looking for a reliable HVAC system.
4-way cassette
Designed for larger spaces, this model features four adjustable air vents that allow for complete and uniform climate control. Its increased power and airflow capacity make it suitable for restaurants, shops, offices, and other commercial spaces.
