Veteran industry executive is new CEO of Enex Technologies

Veterano ejecutivo de la industria es el nuevo CEO de Enex Technologies

International. The newly appointed CEO of Enex Technologies will be responsible for driving the sustainable growth of the European company specializing in solutions based on natural refrigerants ammonia, CO2, propane and water.

This is François Audo, who has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing companies. From 2019 to 2024, François was Vice President and General Manager of Carrier Residential Light Commercial Europe and Riello, an HVAC company.

From 2017 to 2019, he was Managing Director of HVAC France at Carrier. François' experience also includes 6 years at Xylem Inc, ultimately as President for Southern Europe. Previously, he was Director of Sales for EMEA at ITT, and Sales Engineer at CSI. The executive holds a degree in Physics from the University of Brighton (UK).

Greg Deldicque, Founder and President of Enex Technologies, said: "I am delighted to welcome François Audo as CEO of Enex Technologies. With his proven experience in achieving business goals through customer satisfaction, process improvement, and talent development, he will drive growth, innovation, and transformation. In turn, the new CEO of Enex Technologies, commented: "Enex Technologies is expected to continue with its mission to reduce the impact of global warming through natural and energy-efficient solutions. Our family of brands, spanning the full spectrum of heating, ventilation and air conditioning, industrial and commercial refrigeration and heat exchanger solutions, committed to environmental sustainability and technological innovation, positions us well for future opportunities in an ever-evolving market. I am excited to be able to work with the strong team that Enex Technologies already has."

According to company spokespeople, Enex Technologies is today the only OEM that can offer a complete portfolio of natural refrigerant solutions at scale, doubling the range of common market offerings.

This integrated portfolio now allows the company to develop and launch a new product every month. The prestigious MCE Innovation Awards recently assigned to the Emicon Everest290 propane heat pump during Mostra Convegno Export (MCE) 2024 are a testament to the company's ability to push boundaries and redefine industry standards.

To support its strong growth, Enex Technologies recently invested more than €8 million in a new 7,500 m2 headquarters and factory in Treviso, Italy and is currently making a €6 million investment in a new, best-in-class research laboratory, which will be the only one in Europe specializing in HVACR equipment running on the 4 natural refrigerants available.

In addition, Enex Technologies has a financial plan for 2024 that expects to reach €200 million in sales, doubling its results compared to 2022. Meanwhile, Enex's five-year plan foresees sales of €350 million in 2027.

According to Eurostat, EU buildings are responsible for 40% of energy consumption and 36% of greenhouse gas emissions in Europe. In Italy, heating residential, commercial and public buildings accounts for more than 17.7% of CO2 emissions, according to data from Ispra.
