Mexico. Stulz has seen its payroll increase by 15% this year, which is why it opened new offices in Insurgentes and Reforma, in order to reduce travel times by up to 50% and improve productivity.
The manufacturer of precision air conditioning systems for mission-critical applications reported that the growth in the number of its employees is a consequence of a 50% increase in turnover compared to last year.
"One of the main objectives of the brand is to continue with the expansion of our presence in the country and get closer and closer to our customers, so we promote the consolidation of the business in the center and north of the country. This strategy allowed us to increase our channel ecosystem by more than 10% so far in 2023," says Emigdio Granillo, General Director of Stulz Mexico.
New technologies, challenges and development
According to company data, the sectors that most demanded cooling solutions for mission-critical applications during this last year were: telecommunications (40%), government (30%), automotive (10%) and hyperscale data centers (20%). In addition, due to their presence in the Bajio and Pacific areas, they have new projects in the aerospace and hotel sector.
Thanks to Stulz's investment in technology, new solutions such as Liquid Cooling have emerged to address the generation of Green Data Centers in which energy consumption is more efficient and the carbon footprint is reduced without affecting high availability and operational optimization.
This technology uses the thermal benefits of liquid agents to extract the heat generated directly from the CHIP in the servers that are hosted in the Data Centers, drastically reducing the dependence on fans and compressors that are the main consumers of energy.
On the other hand, in order to bring information to its customers and distributors, Stulz has generated various technical and commercial certifications so that interested companies can better understand the technical capabilities of the different brand solutions and the sales strategies necessary to expand and improve customer service.
One year of the Test Center
With the aim of improving the customer experience in the digital transformation process, Stulz inaugurated its Test Center in the city of Toluca, on September 27, 2022.
The Test Center is a test center whose development has allowed companies interested in acquiring solutions to have a more real vision of the products, while acquiring greater knowledge about their performance and maintenance.
"Currently the Test Center opens its doors to local, national and international visitors, highlighting the presence of customers from Central American countries such as Guatemala and Panama. The place has had an increase in its visits of 480% over the previous year and receives members of the financial, government and health sectors, among others," concluded Emigdio Granillo.
