Greenheck presents its new HLC diffusers

Greenheck

International. Greenheck has just added several fan filter diffuser references to its growing line of healthcare, laboratory and cleanroom (HLC) air distribution products.

Fan filter diffusers are unidirectional diffusers with integrated EC motors and high-efficiency filters. This equipment provides the ultra-clean air needed in critical applications or retrofit applications where additional power is required to overcome the filter pressure drop.

The brand also reported that it has available models of diffusers for ceiling mounting, in-line and portable. Greenheck fan filter diffusers provide quiet, energy-efficient operation and can be specified with HEPA or ULPA filters, or supplemental MERV-rated pre-filters, depending on the application.

Model HLC-FPS
It is a self-contained fan filter supply diffuser with industry-leading air flow rates up to 1200 cfm, to meet USP 797 and 800 air change requirements. The HLC-FPS connects directly to the system ducts and is easy to install on a ceiling grille or hard ceiling.

Model HLC-FPR
This is a ceiling or wall mounted fan filter return diffuser that creates a negative pressure environment that sucks air up and out of a room, removes contaminants from the air through the unit's high-efficiency gel-sealed filter, and discharges clean air.

Model HLC-FPI
It is a ducted in-line fan filter unit designed to continuously filter the air passing through the unit and remove a wide range of air pollutants, making it ideal for schools, office buildings and other indoor commercial environments.

Model HLC-FPC
It is a mobile fan filter trolley available in recirculation and return/exhaust configurations that can act as an air purification device in the room.

Greenheck's HLC line also includes laminar flow diffusers, radial flow diffusers and surgical air curtains that are designed and tested to meet or exceed critical environmental standards for airflow performance and filtration efficiency.
