Mexico. At the headquarters of Jabil B7 in Guadalajara, customized and efficient HVAC solutions of the Systemair brand were installed for an ISO 7 clean room, in which the brand claims that challenges were overcome and customer expectations exceeded.

Jabil is a multinational manufacturer with more than 250,000 employees in 100 locations in 30 countries. In Guadalajara, he contributes to global brands in various sectors, such as healthcare, industrial, mobility, telecommunications and network infrastructure. Jabil Guadalajara operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and has approximately 33,700 square meters of manufacturing space and offers delivery solutions to the U.S., Europe and China in up to five days using corporate air freight rates.

In Guadalajara, Systemair adapted its UMA Geniox ON 20.10 unit with special features and certifications to meet the requirements of the ISO 7 clean room. The features and design of this unit allowed for easy installation and commissioning, saving the customer time and effort.

This unit has 60 mm mineral wool insulation with a density of 60 kg/m3, separates the inner and outer sheet (0.8 mm) and minimizes heat loss and thermal bridges.

This means the highest operational efficiency and energy savings. It also reduces sound. In addition, the sealing classification is L1 of the unit has been designed for projects with high hygiene criteria.

Integration and control
The UMA was easily connected to the cleanroom control system (BMS), allowing automatic monitoring and adjustment of environmental conditions.

This solution allows to offer exceptional performance, complying with regulations and guaranteeing a stable and adequate environment in the clean room.
