United States. DiversiTech Corp. announced that it has acquired Spin Tools from Cimport. The acquisition was completed on September 30, 2020.

This purchase is in addition to the one registered in 2018, when DiversiTech was made to the services of the HVAC tools and equipment company, Hilmor.
DiversiTech is a manufacturer and supplier of accessories and highly engineered components for residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R).
