ASHRAE unveiled its new president

United States. ASHRAE officially presented its new president for the 2020-21 term, as well as the officers and directors of the executive committee.

The president of ASHRAE 2020-21 is Charles E. Gulledge, P.E., member of ASHRAE. During his inaugural presidential address, Gulledge announced that the Society's new theme will be "ASHRAE's Digital And Industry 4.0 Lighthouse." The theme focuses on reinventing the construction industry not only by integrating industry segments, but also technology. He explained that capturing and linking knowledge requires an understanding of how to collect, store, and analyze data to make it insightful and actionable.
