International. The ZAvblue RH20V centrifugal fan, which is already on the market and is also known for its reduction in operational acoustic noise, is now getting the "icing on the cake" with the input guide grill, ZAflow.
With the newly developed biomimetic ZAflow, Ziehl-Abegg has achieved an intelligent and highly effective air deflection function. The ingenious principle of the new product is again inspired by nature. In this case, the engineers analyzed the honeycomb construction principle used by bees. On the one hand, this is an example of high stability, while on the other it allows the continuous deposit of nectar in the individual honeycomb structure.
Development engineers incorporated knowledge of the underlying skills and building system into ZAflow's new air deflection feature. When in real use, these built-in biomimetic features of ZAflow ensure optimal air performance, especially with minimal obstructions.
This development is of particular benefit to the residential space ventilation industry. It is a known fact that apartments and houses usually do not have enough space to install fans. This is where ZAflow stands out: together with the ZAvblue biomimetic centrifugal fan, or in combination with the ZApilot fan system, the biomimetic smart grid as well, or specifically, allows installation in extremely tight spaces. This is precisely where ZAflow's unique advantage comes into play: because the air intake, optimized according to biomimetic characteristics, reduces acoustic levels to a barely audible minimum.
All in all, the new extension of the ZAflow system, in combination with the high-efficiency centrifugal fans equipped with ECblue motor technology, is the ideal solution for energy saving and quiet ventilation of residential spaces in extremely low installation conditions.
