Mexico. Daikin Applied Americas Inc. reported that it has reached a definitive agreement to form an alliance with Grupo CYVSA, S.A. de C.V., an HVAC solutions company in Mexico. The group includes DYPRO, an engineering consulting group, all subsidiaries of CYVSA, and Clima-Flex, a manufacturing company based in San Luis Potosí.
Daikin explained that this alliance has been established to respond aggressively to the growing market expectations for end-to-end solutions. The alliance will focus on growing and strengthening The Clima-Flex portfolio across the Americas, developing new comprehensive services and expanding CYVSA's ability to maximize value to customers in the region.
Daikin says the combination of the strengths of Daikin Applied and CYVSA positions this alliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every segment of the construction cycle in this changing environment.
It should be noted that the CYVSA Group will continue to operate independently and will have full autonomy to serve its customers with multiple suppliers and solutions. Daikin Airconditioning Mexico will continue to independently serve all existing channels and customers.
