International. Danfoss announced the acquisition of OE3i ApS, a developer and provider of innovative software and services for energy planning and optimization.
The acquisition includes a suite of proven software solutions for plant management, load forecasting and temperature optimization that have been designed to help district heating companies (DHU) and combined heat and power (CHP) plants optimize heat and power production. With this technology acquisition, Danfoss will accelerate and increase its market position and support the digital journey in the District Energy industry.

Upon completion of the acquisition, the company becomes part of the Danfoss District Energy Division.
