International. Greenheck's Utility Set Fan (USF) series has been expanded with the addition of the USFD-100 direct-drive Utility set. The USFD-100 can be specified with a Vari-Green EC motor with a speed control dial for single-phase motor applications or a NEMA premium efficiency motor with a factory-mounted variable frequency drive (VFD).
Quick-connect terminal blocks and pre-wired and pre-programmed VFD make commissioning quick and easy, and testing and balancing are simple as the fan speed can be adjusted at the touch of a button.
The USFD-100 features a galvanized or painted construction with a bolted frame and a rear-sloping centrifugal wheel. The direct drive construction eliminates belts and bearings so less maintenance is required. The USFD-100 has capacities from 200 to 6500 cfm and up to 3.0 in. Wg. which makes it ideal for light commercial and institutional ventilation.
