Johnson Controls announced that it will be present at the fourth edition of Expo Frío Calor, an event to be held at the Estación Mapocho Cultural Center, from May 16 to 18, where it will present the York YZ chiller of magnetic bearings that achieves energy savings of up to 35%, lower maintenance costs and the widest operating ranges in the industry.
The York YZ is the first chiller fully optimized for maximum performance by means of the new refrigerant of the latest technology R-1233zd(E) and low global warming potential (GWP). The R-1233zd(E), chosen for its efficiency, safety, easy availability, low environmental impact and cost, is non-flammable, has a very low GWP of 1 and is easily available with refrigerant manufacturers.
