Colombia. The project of the new Figamma offices is located in a new LEED Gold certified project next to one of the main avenues of the city of Bogotá, which facilitates access to public transport and other means of sustainable mobility.
Figamma, as an interior design firm specialized in corporate projects, was its main challenge to create an experiential showroom in which its clients and visitors experience a versatile and functional workspace, where the use of various workspaces is encouraged according to the requirements of daily tasks: open plan, semi-private, private, collaborative collaboration.
Another of its main challenges was to support its actual operation by providing a sense of well-being to positively influence its employees and visitors, all of the above by using design attributes, such as furniture, finishes, colors, textures, architectural lighting, natural plants and even works of art. The ultimate goal of the project was for people to perceive Figamma's organizational harmony and culture as their first impression when visiting the office.
In the same way, the premise was to make the most of natural light and ventilation, limiting to the maximum the use of air conditioning, reusing all the furniture of the previous headquarters and the use of materials with high recyclable content in all the additional elements to be acquired.
