Mexico. An air conditioning project carried out in Mexico City was executed by the company Picciotto Arquitectos with technology from Daikin Mexico.
The project called Corporativo Terrazes is called cone an example of sustainability, and cutting-edge technology in terms of energy efficiency, and is located exactly at Blvd. Interlomas No. 39 esq. Pasaje Interlomas, Col. Interlomas Huixquilucan.
Its architectural features are: three levels of parking, two commercial levels, seven levels of offices, floor seven to be soon adapted as a Business Center and Terrace Lounge for users, terraces on levels 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7, heliport and offices available from 70 m².
The complex has 12 cooling systems, consisting of 28 "Heat Pump" condensers with VRV IV technology and Fan & Coil evaporators. With the "I touch manager" controller installed in the complex, it is possible to remotely control all equipment, both starting and stopping, temperature adjustment, fan speed, cold or heat operation, etc.
In addition, a system was installed for the measurement of electricity consumption per user, to guarantee a fair payment, corresponding to the electrical power demanded.
