Spain. Sodeca confirmed the start of construction of what will be its second production center, which will be located in Ripoll, Girona.
The main reason for this investment is that currently the company, in the warehouse of Sant Quirze de Besora, has no possibilities for growth and wants to avoid that the increase in demand and little flexibility of current expansion harm the provision of products and customer service.
The company also confirmed that at the institutional level, three more companies have recently joined Sodeca Group, providing direct representation to Colombia, Peru and the United Kingdom. These three subsidiaries complement the previously existing ones that are concerned with providing services in Chile, Portugal, Finland, Cuba and Russia. The main objective of the expansion is to treat international projects with more proximity and personalized attention.
"The expansion process to Sodeca is a long-term strategy that will allow us to make new products, more competitive and adjusted to the demands of new countries that have been interested in Sodeca's product line," says the company's official statement.
Sodeca is dedicated to the design, manufacture and assembly of industrial and commercial fans. Based in Sant Quirze de Besora, it has seven subsidiaries worldwide, five production plants and a European research center, the result of the company's internationalization process.
